With a background in Communications and Organizational Leadership, she brings warmth and efficiency to every interaction, ensuring that clients feel cared for from their very first contact. Lasha creates a seamless experience for clients navigating their therapeutic journey, handling scheduling, administrative support, and personalized client care with genuine attention to each individual's needs.
With a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Organizational Leadership from Marist College, Lasha brings over 25 years of experience as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant across diverse fields, including mental health, agriculture, and entertainment. Her extensive background has shaped her ability to anticipate needs, communicate with clarity and compassion, and create systems that allow the therapeutic team to focus on what they do best: providing transformative care to their clients.
Lasha's approach to client care reflects the heart of Dancing Dialogue's philosophy. "My greatest pleasure in life is to help others in times of need. During tough times in my life, the greatest gift was people who cared and supported me. It's an honor and a pleasure to be on the giving end." She understands that reaching out for support takes courage and ensures every interaction reflects the practice's values of healing, strength, and peace.
Outside the office, Lasha lives on her family's organic vegetable farm in the Hudson Valley, where she sells vegetables at the local farm market during the summer. She was a professional drummer for the first half of her life, bringing rhythm and creativity to everything she does. Lasha loves to travel to El Salvador to visit her in-laws, who live on a small, remote island with few amenities but an abundance of livestock, fruit trees, and all the fish you can eat!
