Meaning-Centered Grief Therapy (MCGT) offers a pathway for individuals to re-establish a sense of meaning after loss. It addresses key challenges in the grieving process and may support those experiencing prolonged grief.

MCGT is designed to help participants:

  1. Make sense of their loss

  2. Discover growth and benefits within their grief journey

  3. Reconnect with a sense of identity and purpose

  4. Explore four core sources of meaning: historical, attitudinal, experiential, and creative

  5. Honor the legacy and meaning in the life of the person who died

Program Details:

  • Every other Thursday @ 6:15pm beginning October 23, 2025 (length: 90 minutes – breaks for holidays)

  • Includes a one-on-one call with group leader Jenn Whitley before starting, to answer questions and ensure a good fit

  • Location: Virtual Video Conference

  • Cost: $700
