Dr. Suzi Tortora
Dr. Suzi Tortora is a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University. An innovator in the field, she is internationally recognized for her expertise in dance/movement therapy, infant mental health, and nonverbal movement analysis.
Suzi is the author of The Dancing Dialogue and co-author of Dance/Movement Psychotherapy for Infants and Young Children with Medical Illness. She leads the Ways of Seeing™ International Training Program and teaches globally while maintaining her clinical practice at Dancing Dialogue. She also serves as senior dance/movement therapist with the Integrative Medicine Service at MSK Kids, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Renee Ortega
Dr. Renee Ortega holds a PhD in International Psychology with a concentration in trauma. She is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 17 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families.
Her work integrates dance/movement therapy, occupational therapy, and intercultural approaches to address emotional and developmental needs. With training in sensory integration, applied behavioral analysis, and family systems care, Dr. Ortega brings a multicultural and holistic lens to therapy.

Jennifer Whitley
Jenn is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who provides therapy for children, parents, and adults. She specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, medical illness, trauma, grief, and parenting challenges.
Trained in the Ways of Seeing™ method, EMDR, Laban Movement Analysis, and Authentic Movement, Jenn integrates body-based, creative, and relational approaches into her work. She has been a therapist at Dancing Dialogue since 2014 and also brings extensive experience from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, schools, and community programs.

Jennifer Sterling
Jennifer is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, and Holistic Nutritionist. She is certified in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
She specializes in trauma, racial identity, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and eating disorders. Her approach blends movement, creative expression, and culturally responsive care to foster reconnection, resilience, and healing.
Jennifer is also the author of Dear Strong Black Woman, Ella and the Whispering Wind, and the forthcoming How to Feel Without Falling Apart.

Elizabeth Veltrie
Elizabeth is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist with certification in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International. She holds a BA in Dance from Rider University and an MS in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute.
Since 2013, Elizabeth has worked with children, adults, and families facing developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, perinatal challenges, and more. She integrates movement and the arts to foster healing, connection, and self-expression.
