LEGO®-Based Group Therapy

Three children building with colorful LEGO bricks at a white table in a bright room.

This 12-session group offers a supportive, creative space for children to strengthen social, emotional, and executive functioning skills. Using LEGO®-Based Therapy, children take on structured roles while practicing negotiation, perspective-taking, and flexible problem-solving.

Dance/Movement Therapy is woven into each session to support regulation, body awareness, and positive peer connection—helping children notice body signals of stress and learn strategies to reset and re-engage.
