Classes for Adults

Participants in these classes will learn how to reduce stress, gain better body awareness and fluidity, and increase their physical self expression through simple dance movements involving balancing, spiraling and sequential body connections through the use of music, imagery and breath flow.In these classes the dancers will feel good about themselves not only from the enjoyment of simply moving their bodies, but also from their enhanced self-awareness and expression. Private and group classes are designed for "movers" of all experience levels. Through these classes participants gain skills in reducing tension, and creating a sense of fluidity, centered calmness and total well-being. Anyone who wants to explore the joy of moving and resting is welcome.
